The large comfy bed felt great after a long day of exploring, and having coffee in the room was a nice touch. Enjoyed kicking back near the pool, which provided a perfect relaxation spot. On the downside, we encountered issues with unclean linens at check-in. the bedding hadn't been changed and there were pubic hairs on it. Additionally, we discovered the presence of bed bugs, which forced us to wash all our clothes at a laundromat. Communication with the staff about these problems was lacking, as they didn't seem aware of the situation. Hopefully, they can improve on cleanliness and customer service for future guests.

well located for Grand Canyon visits, clean outdated room, functional hot water
The shower completely failed to work during my stay!!! The cleanliness issues were alarming, with hairs found in the bed and dirty towels never changed!!! Internet connection was frustratingly poor, definitely needs improvement!!!

I booked a king room and was surprised to find a large, comfy bed with coffee available in the room. It was nice to kick back by the pool and unwind in the hot tub after a long day. The only hiccup was waiting a bit for my room to be ready, but overall, it was a solid stay! ☕
